Shipping Domestic (Singapore)

We are using Multiple Couriers to dispatch all our domestic orders around sunny island Singapore at a flat standard rate of SGD 3.80. This is to ensure that the item will reach you as soon as possible. The shipping details including tracking website will be provided in shipping confirmation email. Free shipping is applicable for orders above SGD 100. You would be expected to receive your orders within 4-6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If a package is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect or insufficient address, the re-delivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer. 

Shipping International

All international shipping services will be via Q Express unless otherwise stated or requested. The shipment may be handled by local operator depending on the destination country. A dispatch notification email that provides you with your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service. If you are not around when your package arrives, most carriers will leave a card containing details or contact you on where or how to pick up your order or to rearrange delivery. The arrangement may varies depending on your country.

Shipping charges for overseas is currently at a flat rate as per above table. Free shipping is applicable for larger order (Values vary according to the region, please refer to the table above). Delivery usually takes around 15-20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In some case, items can experience delay at customs.

For international orders, overseas duties, customs or import charges may apply depending on the landing country. Any additional international charges will be at the expense of the recipient. You will receive information from ourheartbeads or directly from your local customs controller regarding any duties, charges and taxes that may occurs.

Re-delivery

If a package is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect/ or insufficient address, the re-delivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer. 

Returns

Exchanges are only allowed if you have received an incorrect item. Please contact us at hello@ourheartbeads.com within 14 working days from the order dispatched date to request for an exchange.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at hello@ourheartbeads.com. Please note that with any handmade product, our pieces might have slight inconsistencies which make each of these items unique. We always try to do our best to display the product colour as accurately as possible. However, the colours visualised on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original as the colours your see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen and also the photography lighting used.
